This offer is subject to all of the following terms and conditions.
- Free shipping is only valid to delivery destinations within Australia
- To qualify, your order must be greater than $150 after any sale discounts or coupons are applied to your purchase
- The offer is for online orders only and is valid from 30th July 2016 until further notice.
- This free shipping offer may be withdrawn or amended at anytime.
Online orders must meet the above criteria in full to qualify for free shipping.
- We have 2 options for shipping should your order be less than $150
Standard shipping $10 (Australia wide)
Express shipping $20 (Australia wide)

PO Boxes, Private Parcel Lockers and Australian Armed Forces addresses
Unfortunately Running Science is currently unable to ship to PO Box addresses, Armed Forces Addresses or Private Parcel Lockers.

Track My Order
All orders are dispatched from our Running Science shop in Rozelle.
Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email from [email protected] to confirm this. If you do not receive this email or would like to follow up on your purchase please contact us at [email protected] or on 02 9810 0032 and we will be happy to provide assistance
Should your order be recevied before midday it will be processed and posted on the same day. Depending on delivery location and method of shipping selected this will take between 1 – 10 business days from the day of dispatch. All orders received after midday will be packaged and processed the following business day. Should there be any exceptions to this we will endeavour to get in touch with you to advise. Please note all orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please take public holidays into considersation.
All International orders will be quoted and shipped on a case by case basis.
Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us directly to discuss. Make sure the items and packaging are in their unworn and in original condition within 30 days of receipt and will exchange the item for a different size/colour/style or if preferred, issue a full refund back through PayPal to your nominated account that you used to make the purchase.
We will reimburse you for the return shipping only if we were at fault in that we sent the wrong product, a different colour or size to what was ordered. In all other instances the return shipping must be covered by the customer. All returns or exchanges must be pre-arranged first, so please contact us on 02 9810 0032 or via email [email protected]

Please note the online shop can not accept returns or exchanges that were initially purchased at our physical Running Science shop in Rozelle. It is possible to return items bought online to our physical Running Science Shop provided all Online Return Policy Conditions as detailed are met. You must present your receipt that you received with your purchased to obtain a refund or exchange in sur Rozelle shop. Any refunds will be made via the original method of payment.

Acceptance/Rejection of an Order
We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including (without limitation) if the requested Product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site which you have ordered. If we reject an order placed through the site, then we will make all attempts to notify you of that rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time after you submit your order.
