What happens in a consultation?

After taking a thorough history and determining the nature of your concerns, and what is important to you, our physiotherapist will perform a series of assessments to determine the source of your pain. An accurate diagnosis is essential to developing an individualised management plan.

Our physiotherapists employ an active approach to treatment, using the latest scientific research that combines hands-on techniques with exercises tailored to your individual goals and regular activities. Our Rozelle physiotherapy team are strong believers in empowering our patients to self-manage their condition, providing thorough patient education to help you understand your condition, expectations for recovery, what you can do to manage your symptoms and prevent relapses in the long term.
