A bit about Diarmaid
Diarmaid Donohoe hails from Ireland, having moved to Sydney in 2023. He’s worked with the best, spending over two years as a senior physio for the UK Ministry of Defence treating extremely driven special forces soldiers who held very demanding and pressurised roles.
Other career highlights include two seasons with a Premier League football club and as a physio in one of Europe’s top sports clinics.
He’s not afraid to make clients work hard; you can expect rigorous rehab plans that push you to come back better and stronger than before!
Off duty, he’s all about sports, Gaelic football being a favourite. He’s planning to give Aussie Rules a go and this year will be competing in the latest fitness craze to hit Australia – Hyrox. He first got involved in 2021 and last year placed on the podium in Barcelona.
